Clear, communications, an accurate description, a clean space, friendly, and responsive to requests. Sally ticked off all of the boxes that make a great host. We just spent the week at the cottage and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Super fast Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, a convenient location to visit the local sites, a super comfy bed, all the equipment needed to cook at home, and a quiet, scenic location to enjoy when you return home from a busy day. Also dog, friendly, which is a bonus for us since we are traveling with two small dogs. The newly born baby cow was a nice addition. If you’re looking for a great space in the Chichester area, do give the cottage serious consideration. We would not hesitate to come back.

We had a very lovely stay over bank holiday weekend. The studio was very comfortable, especially the bed. Great big window letting in the views. We loved the walk to the beach via Medmerry RSPB reserve, as did our dogs, even on a drizzly and blustery day. Very warm and friendly welcome by the hosts, and gorgeous resident dog

Honestly one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed. It is spotlessly clean. The gardens we over looked were beautiful and we loved watching the birds feed. Roy has thought of everything you need to have a perfect stay and we will definitely be returning.

Lovely place to stay! Our main concern was staying somewhere secure as we have a dog but it is very dog friendly. Perfect place for a couple and a dog to stay. Peter was very helpful giving dog friendly recommendations and answered messages quickly. Quiet area but we were able to explore more as we drive. Pagham beach and West Wittering beach were lovely dog friendly places to visit.
