The Albaicín is an emblematic neighborhood of Granada. Art and culture in its streets in pure state. You will love my place because it is a penthouse with incredible views of the Alhambra from its wonderful terrace. The lift will take you directly to the floor where you will find an incredibly sunny and bright space. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples. It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

Beautiful apartment with a large private terrace and a panoramic view of Alhambra, the Albaicin, the Sacromonte and the old city. Located in the Albaicin, Moorish style neighborhood with flowery labyrinthes of alleys and medieval squares. The apartment, cosy and confortable, in a traditional home of the Albaicin, is 2 minutes walking from Paseo de los Tristes and Rio Darro, and close to Plaza Nueva, restaurants and tapas bar... It's also very close to the Mirador de San Nicolas.

The apartment is located on a fourth floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. It has surface parking in the building, WITH NO RESERVED SPACE (until full capacity) and guarded by security cameras. DO not RENT TO UNDER 30 YEARS OLD, except prior communication and acceptance with the owner.
