In the very heart of Granada, in one of the most iconic buildings listed as a historic monument, this penthouse with unbeatable views boasts a spacious and elegant space where you can relax after a busy day. Thanks to the central location of this property, you and your loved ones will have everything close at hand. Underfloor heating/cooling. REALEJO penthouse Located on the fourth floor. It has incredible views of Granada and El Realejo. With large windows and a sloping wooden ceiling, light floods in, creating a unique space where the feeling of peace is infinite. Very comfortable, it has a large living room with a dining area for six people. Open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, electric cooker, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, kitchen utensils, iron and drying rack. A large glazed terrace with views of Granada and space to sit peacefully offers guests a very pleasant living area separate from the living room. There are two bedrooms in this apartment. The main bedroom has two large windows, one of them with wonderful views of the Realejo. One of the apartment's two bathrooms is en suite in this bedroom, which also has a window with wonderful views. The king-size bed is 180 x 200 cm with a premium mattress. The second bedroom has two 90 x 200 cm beds. This space is in the attic, with a lovely window that lets beautiful light into the room. The second bathroom, also in the attic, has a cupboard with a washing machine, clothes drying rack, ironing board, etc. The living room has a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed, so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. We offer the option of leaving the sofa already set up as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it themselves, it won't take any effort as the sofa is very easy to convert into a bed. The apartment has an aerothermal heating system, including on the terrace. Wi-Fi, access restricted by a security code, and Smart TV. There's a covered car park 3 minutes from the apartment. The Trex car park, located in Plaza de los Campos. There's an open-air car park an 8-minute walk away. Ave María car park on Calle Molinos. One of the most iconic places in El Realejo is the Campo del Príncipe, located 400 metres (a 5-minute walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Monarchs to celebrate the wedding of their son Juan. The main focus is on the statue of the Cristo de los Favores, installed in 1640. The story goes that between 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was hit by the bubonic plague. However, El Realejo was the least affected neighbourhood and people thought it was because they prayed in front of this statue. Such great devotion grew that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán declared that he would grant forty days of forgiveness to anyone who prayed an Our Father and a Hail Mary to the Cristo de los Favores. Today, every Good Friday, crowds of people gather around it at 3:00 p.m. sharp to pray and make three wishes. 160 metres away (a two-minute walk) is the Church of Santo Domingo, where members of Granada's nobility were buried. Another must-visit is the Casa de los Tiros museum, 80 metres from the apartments (a one-minute walk). It was built between 1530 and 1540 in the style of Granada's palaces of the time and takes its name from the cannons that peek out from between its battlements. It was part of the wall of the Alfareros neighbourhood, hence its appearance as a military fortress. The Church of San Cecilio is 500 metres away (a seven-minute walk). The house of Father Suarez (next to the Casa de los Tiros Museum). The Convento de las Descalzas, 250 metres away (a 3-minute walk), or the Iglesia de San Matías, 240 metres away (a 3-minute walk), are places where our guests will undoubtedly be able to enjoy their charms. Once inside, in the hallway, you can see that it has been kept completely original: the entrance door, the tiles, the marble stairs... The only modification/improvement was the installation of a lift. Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decoration, with the idea of adding that personal touch. The touch that only things have when they're unique and made by you. We wanted it to be welcoming and to convey to our guests the enthusiasm we put into this project that came from nothing. So we got down to work. We made furniture, textiles, decorations... In these images you can see how everything took shape over a few months until we ended up with the apartments as they are today.

The apartment is located on a fourth floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. DO not RENT TO UNDER 30 YEARS OLD, except prior communication and acceptance with the owner. This cozy 45-square-meter unit has a south orientation and overlooking the ski slopes, which makes the apartment very bright. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, washing machine, centralised and programmed heating, etc.). Self check-in using access codes. Bed linen, towels (2 per person), duvets and essentials are INCLUDED in the price. DESCRIPTION: -ENTRADA: A closet for jackets, ski area, 70 LITRE electric thermos, cleaning products, iron and an ironing board is located. - TOILET ROOM: It has a 90 cm shower tray, a first aid kit, shower gel, shampoo, a hairdryer, a washing machine, folding drying racks and a ski boot cabinet. - LIVING ROOM: It has a 3-metre window overlooking the ski slopes and faces south, so it's very sunny. It has a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, a small table, Smart TV, games and books. - KITCHEN: it is integrated into the living room and has: tableware, kitchenware, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, blender, filter coffee maker and basic items (coffee, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, infusions, etc.). - BEDROOMS: the main bedroom has a 135 cm bed and the other bedroom has two 80 cm beds (fold-down bunk beds). Between both there is a hallway with a DRESSING ROOM for clothes, suitcases, a code safe that You can program and pillows of different hardness. - HEATING: it is centralized and programmed. Before you arrive, you will connect for greater comfort. There's a radiator in each bedroom (600 W + 600 W), in the toilet (350 W) and in the living room (1,500 W), which makes the flat very warm. -The apartment is rented in full, for the exclusive use of guests. - The Parador I chairlift stop is located opposite the building. At this same stop you can buy the pass or pick up the one you booked online. The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. -In the same building on the third floor I have another apartment advertised on this website. - The ideal occupancy is 3 guests, but we can accommodate a maximum of 4 for the same price (in that case, please let us know so that we can prepare for 4 guests). - We're registered as a VUT (tourist accommodation) with the Regional Government of Andalusia. This is why we're obliged to request a passenger register, which is sent to the police website. - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these sections will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building. If they smoke, the smell of tobacco remains in the house and we will need a special cleaning and airing the floor for hours, so we will lose heat in the house. If you smoke, we'll notify Airbnb so that it can take the appropriate measures and request compensation of €75 for the problems caused.

Each of the double rooms has a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm - US Queen size). The single beds are 90 x 200 cm. All the rooms have fitted wardrobes and access to two terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with whirlpool baths and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (hot/cold), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by lift. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, you'll find the main terrace with a private swimming pool, which can be used all year round (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: a table, chairs, a parasol and two sun loungers - a perfect place for a refreshing swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.
