We had a wonderful stay at Garden Gate. The place was spotless. The courtyard garden was gorgeous. Check-in was easy, and communication was great. Highly recommend, and I'm sure we'll return next time we're in town to visit the university. The bed is quite soft (not saggy, just soft), but it's something to consider if you have back issues.

Leannes was great to work with was able to get us the three bedroom which made it a great trip

The place was really nice and cozy we stayed there for a week it’s great and not very far from heavenly village. Cynthia is very nice and was always available if needed. Would highly recommend for a up to 4 people ski/tahoe trip :)

The apartment was clean, bright and open with plenty of space. There are many amenities to enjoy but during the COVID-19 pandemic most of these were closed. The pool at this time is open and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The bathrooms had deep soaking tubs and the kitchen was great for cooking gourmet meals.

Great place. I stayed at Mike’s place for a month and found the unit very clean. Everything was as advertised. The facility has a large pool, a hot tub, plenty or parking. Parking is unassigned and open to anyone but totally safe. We always found parking spots. Free EV charging which was not mentioned in the post but turned out to be a bonus. If you use the EV chargers there’s no need to register or open an account, simply plug in. There’s a large gym, I can’t remember if it was 24/7 but it was always open. The gym is open now and provides wipes for people to clean the equipment after use. Plenty of grass for dogs to poop in. There’s also an internet café which I really liked. If you need a quiet place to get work done this is the place. Free coffee too. The unit itself has a desk, internet, DVD player, smart TV. Everything I needed really. Plenty of extra towels and sheets. Friendly staff, I never needed them during my stay but just running into them in the hallway or parking lot they said hi and were welcoming.

RiverPointe Resort is a wonderful (timeshare) alternative to a typical Napa Hotel. It is my “go to”. Eric’s place is the typical wonderful RiverPointe unit. Highly recommended!! If booking through AirBnB v. Directly through resort…Just be sure to double check with RiverPointe front desk 24 hours before checking to confirm they have your name on the Hosts reservation.

It was a nice place to stay for a few days and Shahid’s was very welcoming and would respond reslly fast if there was an issue or a concern.

First of all, Sylvia is quite possibly the most attentive and responsive host I’ve encountered. The space was exactly as described, very clean and all the described amenities. Laundry was very easy to use. Agree with others that the mattress pad is more comfy than the pullout. There was a full fridge in the closet which was fantastic. Overall definitely worth the price and a fantastic place. As Sylvia mentions there is a fee for the resort and for parking but it’s so worth it to be in such a breathtaking place. Also it’s a short walk through the golf course to the village, which was awesome.

The unit is in an excellent location, has underground parking (+ 1 extra pass), and is steps from the cozy spa. Thoughtful touches like extra dog toys, a firewood allotment, and board/ski hanging pegs were much appreciated. The master bed is firm but the second bed has a memory foam pad for a softer feel. Five stars for our outstanding host, Karl. Not only was he responsive with clear, courteous, and helpful communication, but he was also very gracious. I made a huge error at booking and he went well above his obligation in working with me. When the fire stick for the tv glitched out (obviously not his fault), he promptly went out of his way to bring us a new one. I can’t recommend this host enough. Thank you, Karl!

It’s a beautifully decorated. Bathroom could use an upgraded remodel. Bed needs to be replaced it was sinking in the middle on the thinnest top mattress I’ve ever seen. Check in was simple.

We stayed here for almost a week and had a great time with the family. This is actually a ski in and ski out but also a timeshare location. It’s a ski resort right next to a lift. It was a beautiful view and had a lot of amenities we were not expecting. We want to come back again next year.

Enjoyed our stay, the location has a great selection of amenities. Will likely return in the future.

This place is great, the view was amazing. It was clean. Beaches nearby. The fridge unfortunately takes a long time to work. Our stuff stayed at room temp for about 2 days before it started actually working. My suggestion would be to request that they turn it on a day before arrival to make sure by the time you take your groceries the fridge is Cooling appropriately. There was also a LOT of moths in the condo however given the location and time of year we visited Im assuming that’s normal. Overall great place to stay!

Delux accomodations. Nice surroundings. Access to pool area.
