La Maison de Melmont

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

6-person gîte – Château's wooded park

We have converted the former stables of the château into this gîte. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is a great place for the whole family to relax. Large equipped kitchen, living room with flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi. Enclosed, private garden with a terrace offering magnificent sunsets. A bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed and a shower room; upstairs, a family bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a space with 2 single beds. A bathroom with a bath-shower and double washbasin.

Two spacious bedrooms with the possibility of 6 beds. 10 minutes from the Bocasse amusement park and Clères zoo, 20 minutes from Rouen, 35 from Dieppe.

Welcome to our renovated, self-contained accommodation in the countryside, just a few minutes from Rouen. Upstairs in a separate building from our house, you will enjoy a quiet and comfortable private space of 55 m², as well as a garden with furniture and a barbecue. You will have a mezzanine room equipped with a 160cm bed + a sofa bed in the 140cm living room. Sheets and towels are provided. Two electric vehicle charging stations are located 50 metres away.
