Este situat la etajul 1 al unei clădiri de 4 etaje nou renovate (este prevăzuta cu lift ) .Beneficiază de parcare și curte privata . Apartamentul are toate dotările pentu a va face o ședere plăcută și liniștita in Sighisoara .
