You can fully experience the sea, which is very close, and spend your days here thanks to the beach service that includes: an umbrella, sunbed and deckchair. Everything is included in the rate of the stay. We also have a reserved parking space inside the condominium.

Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space. Casa Marù is a small accommodation suitable for two or three people looking for tranquility and nature. It is located in a small Abruzzo village that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The accommodation's characteristic feature is the Majella stone construction, which makes the house cool in summer. Parking (not for a fee) is located near the property. Also ideal for those who want to go to the beach (reachable in about 30 minutes).

Situato vicino al centro storico medievale di Montepagano: un borgo nato nell' XI secolo dove staccare la spina dalla frenesia cittadina non è mai stato così facile. A soli 4 km potrete godervi splendide giornate di mare nella cittadina di Roseto degli Abruzzi, da sempre un'ambita meta turistica. Dal 1999 il comune si fregia della Bandiera Blu.

Particolarmente silenzioso perché adiacente ad una grande via ciclabile e pedonale. Dotato di ogni confort è il luogo ideale per una vacanza rilassante al mare e per chi voglia scoprire l'Abruzzo.

Si trova al secondo piano e come si vede dalle foto il tetto è fatto tutto in legno. Si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi in paese. L'appartamento risiede in una casa privata ed è dotato di parcheggio interno gratuito con cancello telecomandato .Risiede in paese e dista dal mare circa 3 km.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
