At the GENSLEITEN riding stable, you can enjoy a holiday in the middle of the countryside. The farm is also perfect for celebrations as a group, such as birthdays, corporate events and bachelor parties or the like. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

The bright and friendly first floor apartment is located in a three-family house. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, combined kitchen/living room, living room and terrace with access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen-living room has a 4-burner ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, built-in fridge and microwave as well as direct access to the garden. The living room is equipped with an extra bed and stereo. Each room has a TV. Bicycles can be used free of charge.
