So nice and helpful host

Small but beautiful place with incredibly beautiful views of the sea and the sunset. Possibly not so well suited for children and the elderly, as the stairs to the bedroom and upper terrace are very steep. The apartment is also very noisy. Our host Andrea responded perfectly to wishes and questions and was always positive and very personable.

Property had everything we needed and it was very close to the beach. Enrique was responsive and helpful.

Spectacular in every way. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. But it's the views, the large wraparound verandas, the white sand beach that are the stars of this property. Think of falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing against the rocks and waking to enjoy caffe and your book in a comfortable lounge on the veranda. It is heaven in n earth. We love Sardegna and we love Simius beach and Villasimius. We visited Limone Beach two times - beautiful setting and great food. The small town of Villasimius had good restaurants and everything you'd need. Federica was an excellent host - attentive but not intrusive. We hope to come back some day. Ciao!
