Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. My accommodation is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location. Here in the Saas Valley, adults must pay CHF 10.5 and children between the ages of 6 and 16 must pay CHF 5.25 in summer. At this price, all buses in the valley and practically all mountain railways can be used free of charge. In winter, the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price the ski bus is free in winter. Breakfast available on request.

In the bedroom there is another wood-burning stove with a view of the burning flames.

The studio for 1-4 guests is located on the first floor of my house (separate entrance). It has a double bedroom (1.6 m) and a sofa bed (140/200). The kitchen is well equipped and in a separate room. It also has a dining table and a spacious bathroom with shower. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment.
