Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful loft of 90 square meters. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

Do you like old houses with preserved details,so welcome to Bergåsa! The large house consists of three apartments. You have your own private entrance and garden. wifi and cromecast available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So it can be some hustle and bustle,but we're kind and easy going. There may be a cat coming to visit. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pastures. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Cozy cottage on a small horse farm

Private location where you can be left alone, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No transparency inside the cabin. In the cottage, there is salt and pepper. Toilet paper for the first night 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to the grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and cafe in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spa nearby. 15 min by car to Sjöbo.

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple farm. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Equipped with a double bed, a kitchen, a fireplace, a shower, and a WC. The wagon is completely off grid. Here, you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of staying in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbours are Baskemölla eco village with its varied architecture. 500m down to Baskemölla harbour for morning swim from the harbour pier.

That summer is a treat on Österlen with some of Sweden's loveliest beaches is no secret, but even the autumn with the lukewarm evenings and the warm sea is magical!

Newly built bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house, it is enclosed with a fence. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we have built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a small basic range in the pantry. You will also get freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's opening days.
