In this beautiful house, you live in a spacious place with your own garden in the middle of Simrishamn. It is close to the sea, beach and lovely walks. You have the town's restaurants around the corner but also a lovely environment for cooking, grilling and enjoying in a wonderful environment. The kitchen is fantastic for those who love to cook and outside the door there is both a barbecue and a generous dining area in the sun. The house has a lovely atmosphere and many comfortable rooms to hang out, a cozy library and charming veranda. There's room to enjoy.

Beachfront cute cottage

The cottage includes two rooms and a small kitchen. The living room has an open plan together with the kitchen, sofa that serves as a sofa bed. Bedroom with two bunk beds, living room with larger divan sofa and TV. Garden furniture and barbecue. The accommodation also has two simpler bicycles, a lady's and a man's model. Bed linens and towels are included. Cleaning after your stay is the responsibility of the guests themselves before check-out The cottage is located on our property, well protected from view from our residential house with a separate entrance

Stay in beautiful Österlen in Simris Old School. Here you get to enjoy in the Classroom. Here you will find a unique, stylish style with color. Old details are preserved; such as mirrored doors, hardwood floors, fireplace, beamed ceilings, and the old school board. Here you can enjoy good dinners both in the kitchen and on the generous patio with exit directly from the Classroom. There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. It is bike and walking distance into Simrishamn.

The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors in the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple farm. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Equipped with a double bed, a kitchen, a fireplace, a shower, and a WC. The wagon is completely off grid. Here, you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of staying in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbours are Baskemölla eco village with its varied architecture. 500m down to Baskemölla harbour for morning swim from the harbour pier.

The house is located in Baskemölla hills, just above the fishing village, with nightingale, cuckoo and tree frogs right nearby. Whether you come by car, bus or bike, Baskemölla is a perfect starting point for a successful Österlen vacation. Just a short walk to the sea with a swimming area and fantastic hiking trails. Dogs are welcome by arrangement, but not cats (due to allergies). Rented Sunday-Sunday during the summer season.
