Gli spazi sono dedicati alla fruizione comoda di un open space abitativo comunicante con uno spazio creativo di artigianato sardo e uno studio di architettura. Tipica casa Sarda di campagna, immersa in oliveto secolare. Con vista sul fiume e sulla valle. Dista 1km dal centro e 2.5km dal mare. Composta da camera con letto matrimoniale, cucina indipendente completamente attrezzata, bagno con doccia, ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale. A disposizione wi-fi, tv, lavatrice, climatizzatore e tutto quanto presente in casa. Ampi spazi aperti, veranda coperta con tavolo e panche, amaca, bbq, parcheggio privato. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
