Cala Deia. Mejores vistas en Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Majorcan typical house. 1930.

The house of almost 170 m2, with heating and air conditioning, is right in the center of the village. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close. You will feel like another local. The beach is 10 minutes by car and the Natural Park of s'Albufera is 4 km away. If you are looking for tranquility and a local atmosphere, Sa Pobla is one of the most authentic towns. And the local gastronomy, one of the best in Mallorca. With the train, bus and taxi you can move around the whole island. Welcome!

Te va a encantar nuestro espacio porque en la reforma hemos respetado el encanto de las casas de pueblo mallorquinas, además de ser muy luminoso, amplio y acogedor. Podrás relajarte en la pequeña piscina y en el jardín en los días más calurosos del año y disfrutar a su vez del casco antiguo del pueblo. Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
