I had a wonderful stay at this property! It was spotlessly clean, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The location was great, and the space felt very comfortable and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Eine sehr schöne, geräumge Wohnung in einem Altbau. Sehr schöne Terrasse und kleiner Garten in die Hinterhöfe hinaus. Eine angenehme Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Gute Anbindung an Öffis. Sehr nette und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

Nick a ete un hote parfait, l'appartement est super. Il est tout equipe et tres agreable. En cas de question il est toujours tres reactif. Agreable et arrangeant! Je le recommande vivement ainsi que son appartement.

Logement agréable, très propre, bien équipé et très bien situé à deux pas du métro ou du bus pour rejoindre le centre ville en 20min.

Wim es un anfitrión excelente, amable y disponible. La comunicación fue muy fácil y fluida. El apartamento correspondía perfectamente a la descripción. Muy céntrico, funcional y acogedor, a dos pasos del casco antiguo de Bruselas y de la Gare Centrale. Era exactamente lo que necesitaba para mi estancia en Bruselas. Muchas gracias Wim! Volveré :)

Accueil très chaleureux, le logement est situé tout près de la gare ce qui nous a permis d'aller en train vers Bruxelles, Gand et Bruges. Très beau appartement lumineux et bien équipé. À conseiller

Spacious and immaculately clean apartment, a short Uber drive to the city centre. The communication was 10/10 from the moment of booking. The apartment had everything that was needed, and extremely comfortable. Some nice cafes and bars around. Highly recommend

Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa. El sector en donde queda ubicada la casa es muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, así mismo el apartamento es cómodo y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Thomas fue muy amable, cuando llegamos nos sugirió sitios para visitar y nos dio recomendaciones de cuidado de la casa. Es perfecta para personas que vayan con vehículo, en nuestro caso fue un poco difícil porque no teníamos carro sino que utilizamos el transporte público, así que teníamos que caminar un poco más de 15 minutos para salir a la avenida principal. Hay un supermercado cerca, caminando son 25 minutos. Buscábamos en nuestro viaje disfrutar de la naturaleza, y eso encontramos en el apartamento de Thomas. Muchas gracias!

Konaklamam gerçekten bizim için güzeldi. Ev tam resimlerde görüldüğü gibi. Talimatlar tamamen yeterliydi. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ama bi 15 dakika kadar yürümeniz gerekiyor. Her şey eksiksizdi. Banyodan biraz koku geliyordu. Tek olumsuz yanı ses yalıtımı iyi değil ve bazı geceler uykumuzdan kaldırdı. Onun dışında keyifliydi 🌸

We had a great stay! The place is next to the metro station and just about 15mins from the city center. There's almost everything and more you would expect for a short stay. would recommend without a doubt and also love to stay again... :) thanks

Bonjour, Le logement était tout simplement parfait, nous ne manquions de rien. J’ai été agréablement surpris par le sens du détail de notre hôte, qui a vraiment su créer une atmosphère soignée. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté impeccable ainsi que l’ambiance du lieu : à la fois simple, épurée, mais avec une vraie personnalité. On s’y sentait bien ! Merci encore 🙏🏼

Rim estuvo súper atento todo el tiempo. El apartamento es el mejor que he estado, había absolutamente todo lo que necesitabas y era muy amplio. La terraza también muy bonita, la cocina muy equipada y el cuarto y el baño estaba impoluto. Sin duda alguna recomendaria quedarse aquí!!

The location is good: truly within easy walking distance to the city center. We also greatly appreciated being so close to the Brussels Midi (Zuid/South) Train Station, making arrivals and departures a breeze (and exploring other cities like Gent and Brugge). The proximity to the metro with direct lines to both the Brussels Expo and the Atomium was a major plus for sightseeing. It was clear that a lot of thought has gone into providing everything a traveler could possibly need. From thoughtful touches like bathrobes and slippers to a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city. It offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent amenities. Thank you for a great stay!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. le lit parapluie avec son petit matelas et sa petite couette était parfaite. le canapé lit du salon est en revanche un peu rude. Peu éventuellement convenir pour un enfant. tout était très propre et fonctionnel. Très jolie vue, calme. la place de parking etait très appréciable, a noter qu'elle est a 300m de l'appartement. Merci a Youssef pour sa réactivité. je recommande.

L'appartment est très propre et on y trouve tout pour un séjour de longue terme. Le lit est trèss confortable. L'appartement est situé proche de la Place du Luxembourg, donc proche des institutions européennes et proche du centre-ville. On n'entend jamais le bruit de la rue. On a fortement apprécié notre séjour chez Anton!

Excellent week-end pour nous. Le penthouse est parfait, comme sur les photos. Les terrasses sont superbes et les prestations haut de gamme. Tout est fait avec beaucoup de goût. Encore un grand merci

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

Très bel appartement idéalement placé pour visiter Bruxelles. Très propre. Hôte très facilement joignable. La seule remarque est l’absence de lit dans la deuxième chambre mais il y a un matelas au sol qui était confortable pour les enfants. Pas de bruit. Accès facile à l’appartement. Très belle vue sur le jardin de la résidence. Très bien équipé. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans l’ombre d’un doute.
