The Kreken area is ideal for biking and hiking. The coast, Ghent, Antwerp, Bruges and Knokke are a stone's throw away from Sint-Margriete. The open space consists of a kitchen, shower, toilet, mezzanine with bed & bedroom. Of course, the garden is freely accessible with various soothing spots.

't Dijkhuisje

Escape the crowds in 't Dijkhuisje, a charmingly renovated polder house from 1925 in Watervliet, a stone's throw from the Dutch border. From this charming holiday home you can step into the vast polders, ideal for long walks and bike rides along migrating geese and water birds. The characteristic threshing floor of Watervliet, with its cosy restaurants, is within walking distance. In 't Dijkhuisje', you can combine the tranquillity of nature with authentic village life.

Whether you prefer cycling, walking, exploring the region or unwinding in the garden or a comfy chair — it’s all possible. Discover excellent local restaurants or enjoy a cosy barbecue at home. Bike rental is possible. Tourist tax 3 euros per person per night, from the age of 13.

In the heart of the Meetjesland, more specifically in Bassevelde, you will find the Holiday home Patrick. If you love silence and nature, this region is definitely worth it! Creeks, polders, forests and meadows are all around here. The place for a hike or enjoyable bike ride. The Dutch border is nearby; Cadzand, Breskens and Sluis are on an arch of Bassevelde. Electric charging of the car is possible via a normal socket at 40 c/kWh.

Paula is a cozy vacation home for 6 +2 people, with all comforts, located in a unique place in the picturesque Watervliet. Enjoy the nature, the exceptional silence and the beautiful views. Paula also offers the perfect base for hiking and biking trips in the beautiful creek area. The house was decorated with care and taste. The house is non-smoking, spacious, comfortable, all comforts and finished with high-quality materials.

Family home Hof Mettenije, panoramic view (10p).

This cozy farmhouse, Hof Mettenije, is located on the outskirts of a village on a quiet dike. In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.
