The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. House of 100 years old is located under the mill and is cozy and comfortable. A five-minute walk and you are in the center of Alkmaar. Rent a boat and see Alkmaar from the water. In the street behind the cottage is a nice, large playground, the "OKB". The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and opposite the house. Free parking within walking distance. Center: a 5-minute walk Beach: 30 minutes by bike/15 minutes by car Two bicycles for use at the cottage.

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

In het mooie West-Friesland te Oostwoud verhuren wij een 4-persoons vakantiehuis genaamd "Hazeweel". Deze vakantiewoning bevindt zich op een klein vakantiepark. Het is gelegen aan doorgaand vaarwater met mooi uitzicht en privacy. Hazeweel is een knus, modern, ruim opgezet huis voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers.
