Beach apartment holiday rentals in Sint Maarten

Zsofia was a great host. There was plenty of communication up from and throughout. The Cliff location is our favorite place to stay on the island. The accommodations are luxurious and the views are to die for. The pool is great and not crowded and the restaurant on site is delicious. Underground parking is a plus and proximity to restaurants and grocery stores helps too. Can't wait to stay the Cliff again next year!

OMG! This place was exactly what it looked like from pics and also all the accessible places that was recommended was spot on! I really felt comfortable and safe and at home. My only thing was I was cold and couldn’t figure out how to turn the air down and also missed a night and needed to stay a few hours for a taxi after check out, but ALL IN ALL I will be back! The hospitality was beyond my expectations! Thanks again for a beautiful birthday weekend!

We loved Jean’s place. I hated leaving. The serenity, views and comfort were wonderful. The sound of the waves crashing on the cliffs so calming, we slept to the sound every night. We loved seeing various iguanas out the window every day. Jean informed us of some good restaurants. I just can’t see staying on a mountain or back from the beach. The water views are astounding. You will never want to get out of the shower, lol

Great location and the view from the balcony is awesome. Easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Great for watching the planes take off and land.

Anchise’s place was one of the great accommodation we have ever had! Everything was described. It was more we were expected. Also, it is very close to airport and beautiful beaches near by. There are lots of restaurants and shops. We didn’t need car at that time because easy to catch bus and taxi in front of the road. Room was well equipped and comfortable everything. Anchise is very reliable parson. He alway did quick response when we had questions and concerns. Definitely we will come back here when we visit beautiful Sint Maarten! Thanks Anchise.

This is the place to stay if you're visiting Sint Maarten. Condo is huge and immaculate. Amenities (3 pools, gorgeous private beach) are paradise. You cannot do better then this place for your stay on the island. Kathy was responsive and accommodating and generally amazing. The condo complex is in the perfect location without the crowds. We would have stayed forever if we could. Really fantastic option for families

Amy is one of the most gracious and responsive host i know. her place is fully equipped for all your needs. This was my 4th time and wont be my last.

I loved my stay! Everything was around, instructions were clear, and of course it made my stay 100% better to feel safe and at home during the time being. Highly recommend.

We waren op doorreis,kwamen 's avonds aan en moesten 's morgens vroeg de volgende dag weer weg. Jo heeft ons echt thuis laten voelen. Alles was perect en we hadden een heerlijke nachtrust. Jo heeft ons zelfs naar het vliegveld gebracht de volgende ochtend.

I had a good time, the space was clean, spacious and very quiet, everything was close to me: supermarket, restaurant, bakery. Cathy is very respectful and has very good communication skills.

Shelly is a wonderful person as well as a great host. Shelly notifies us regularly about events on both the Dutch side as well as the French side. I would rate Shelly a 10 if you had that many stars. She replied to questions within an hour or two. Lovely unit and great hostess.

All around a great place to stay, one needs a car to get around to beaches and food stores. The views from our balcony was beautiful would recommend.

Elettra was who I had communication with and she was awesome, extremely friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was nicer in person than in the photos, the neighbors were friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely would stay there again and would recommend their place to any of my friends.

Noah’s place was perfect ! Me and by bestie extended our stay originally and was able to book Noah’s BNB within minutes before arrival. Noah was very responsive and accommodating. He even upgraded our Unit, which was amazing !! Right next to the Morgan Resort which you can purchase a day pass for $60 and use their amenities. The view from the room is amazinggggg you literally Are on the ocean and can see the airplanes coming in from the clouds just beautiful all around. 10/10 recommend thank you Noah 🫶🏾

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year! Sylvia greeted us at check in. She is wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The unit is lovely and well kept. We love the location! Steps from the beach and D’s restaurant. Short trip to amazing beaches and restaurants. There is a water filter on the tap so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Nice touch!

We had a great time at Amy’s BNB. Amy was very much reachable and helped with all of our requirements. The place had a common pool which was always available for us. We even enjoyed the private beach that was exclusive for the community members. Amy also made sure to provide pool supplies that were easy to cary. I would love to stay at this property on our next trip too!

We just got back from 6 nights here and could not have been happier! The place was the perfect size for a family of 4 and more. The views from this place as just spectacular as you are right next to Simpson Bay. Both the views from the bedroom and the balcony are great. The balcony is very large and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Fritz/Wei are very responsive to messages that we sent them. We asked if they had an umbrella and while they did not, they told us there would be one when we arrived - and there was and we used it alot! There was a mixup with the beach chairs but that too was very quickly resolved. Great location as well - less than 1 minute walk to Simpson Bay, 10 minute drive to Mullet Bay, 3 minute drive to Maho (can walk if you like too), 25 to Great Bay Beach, and about 40 to Orient Bay. Grocery store is also about 3 minutes away. This was our first time to the island and my family is already talking about staying here again!

This was our second time staying at this condo, and once again, we had a wonderful time. As expected, the unit was clean, well-maintained, and had everything our family could possibly need. The pool and hot tub are fabulous bonuses, and enjoying breakfast on the patio quickly became a daily highlight for all of us. Having a grocery store and multiple restaurants right on the property is incredibly convenient, and the location is perfect—especially if you’re planning to spend time at Mullet Bay Beach. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

Would highly recommend staying in the suite. We were super impressed by how clean the unit was. You’re a balcony faces mullet Beach and it was a delight to wake up to that view every day. You’re three minute drive from Maho strip. And the host was super welcoming and so responsive. we will definitely be back. 5 stars

Wonderful breathtaking Oceanview condo. We absolutely loved this Cupecoy stay. It’s secure and close to many restaurants. The condo itself is immaculate and super clean. Although we ate out for every dinner, it was nice to have a full kitchen stocked with everything you’d need for cooking. Beds were super comfortable, linen clean and great quality. Furniture clean and stylish. We can’t say enough good things about the host. Very responsive, helpful, and easy to contact.

We had a fantastic stay at Dawn Beach. Although construction and rebuilding were happening around he facilities it was great to watch the progress that happened during our stay. We also took full advantage of a less busy pool area which ended up being a bonus for us. The staff was friendly and very helpful and took good care of us. I would highly recommend renting a car as it will allow you to explore the island to its fullest by visiting beaches, venturing to different areas, and accessing restaurants. Mullet Beach, hiking Loterie Farm, grabbing breakfast at Good Morning Cafe, making perfume at Tijon, snorkeling around Anguilla, and eating at Lazy Lizards and Pineapple Pete’s were just some of our favorites. James has an awesome place to stay- thanks so much for sharing your home with our family. We made some once in a lifetime memories.

We’ve visited St. Maarten many times via cruise ship but decided for a weeklong vacation stay in Simpson Bay, any AirBnb and we were not disappointed. Simpson Bay beach area was convenient to airport, roads, beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed arching the plans take off, but honestly we’re not able to hear them. The stay was perfect with 4th floor views of the ocean bay that were amazing every time of the day. Arrival and checking in was easy and they met us at car rental so we did not get lost. The condo was suited to the tee with many amenities inside and out, with a great pool area too. Highly recommended!
