This spacious outdoor house with private entrance is located behind our house (on the other side of our rich garden). ♡ Living room with gas fireplace, cinema, kitchen with fridge/ combi oven/ kettle/ hob, bathroom with rain shower, a loft with double bed ♡ Spacious terrace with umbrella, garden furniture and a barbecue ♡ Sauna and hot tub for extra fee (€45) ♡ 15 minutes walk to The Hague Market (restaurants and shops) 10 minutes by car/ 15 minute bike ride to central Breda city center.

The Rozenboog

This unique accommodation is close to the bustling Breda and yet in the middle of nature. There is a separate entrance with a large private garden for you as a guest with an atmospheric covered outdoor room. You enter a hall where you will find a separate kitchen with all the necessities and a place where you can eat. The bedroom has a double bed, TV, WiFi and a separate sitting area. The bathroom has a shower. There are 2 bicycles for you. We can serve breakfast in consultation for €10 pp.

De Koekoek

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and wooded private getaway. You have your own private forest and can (for an additional fee) use the Jacuzzi (€75 for unlimited use). Cycling or hiking trails, e.g. “De Pannenhoef” are around the corner. Bikes for rent (€10/day) and a private covered wagon tour (€50) can also be booked! The city center is 2.5 km away. Want to book a luxury breakfast? You can! (€15 p.p./night). The bed was renewed in Nov. '24 and is an Auping bed of 1.60x2.00m.

(Upper) apartment or meeting place

Dit (boven)appartement kan voor een klein groepje mensen een vergaderplek zijn. Koffie en thee dan inbegrepen. In de koelkast kunnen we tegen betaling blikjes/flesjes gekoelde alcoholische en niet alcoholische drankjes. Prijslijst op koelkast. Het appartement is bovenaan de trap met een schuifdeur afsluitbaar van de benedenverdieping met een knopcilinder. Het is een niet roken en geen kind vriendelijk appartement. We hebben liever geen huisdieren. De slaapkamer is op de 2e verdieping.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

B&B Oekelsbos - Bed & Breakfast in Rijsbergen

Wake up with a view over the valley of the Aa or Weerijs in the outskirts of Rijsbergen! We offer a beautiful room with a private bathroom in a detached outbuilding on our forest plot. It can accommodate up to four people. We serve the extensive breakfast in the residence, with a fresh egg from our own chickens and - if available - our own honey and a tomato from the vegetable garden. My place is 30 square m and close to the center of Etten-Leur , within walking distance. The restaurants,cafes and shops are close ! You'll love my place because of our beautiful cottage that stands in our spacious garden; you have access through a gate , and our home is separate from this. Just away from home but it feels like coming home in this cozy environment. Of course, the apartment has all the comforts. The cosy Made centre is within walking distance. You will find cozy terraces and restaurants and also the supermarket is close.
