The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the first large bedroom (double bed) has a desk with lamp, a radio alarm clock and a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The other bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 4 beds also has a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, 2 beds and air conditioning, a 65" OLED TV, a large dining table. The very large kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and stovetop as well as a fully automatic coffee machine incl. milk frother, kettle and toaster as well as a table with seating. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room.
