This comfortable studio is located in the historic center of the old town of Sion, in a charming neighborhood with small pedestrian streets dating from the Middle Ages. Central but very quiet location, only accessible on foot or by bike. However, the parking « Scex », shops, restaurants, bars, museums, art galleries, the Valère theater, the traditional Friday market in the old town, the castles of Valère and Tourbillon are just a few minutes walk away. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

Most Central Valais ski resorts are just 30 minutes away, and shopping centers in Conthey are only 3 minutes away(by car)with easy access to the highway within 10 minutes.
