The house is located near the top of Telethrio, a mountain in North Evia. A 5 minute walk from the nearest village, the house is on a lavender farm, surrounded by the forest. With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

The Potter's House

PLEASE READ THE DETAILS CONCERNING THE EXTRA DAILY FEE TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDINGS!!! The Potter's House is an old traditional, renovated two-storey building with the apartment upstairs. It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos, near the village square, which has two tavernas, a traditional coffee shop, two gift shops and a playground. Lafkos also has a third taverna off the square, a bakery, a butcher, two mini markets with fresh produce, and a cafe all within easy reach.

New luxurious house, located at the ground floor it is part of a 3- floor complex of traditional houses built in 2016 with amazing view of Pagasetic gulf. Enjoy the sea view and dreamful sunsets in a such a peaceful and relaxing place. Consisted out of a well equipped kitchen along with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living room (80 sq. m total). The Pirates Lodge Milina - Chill-out in Strandnähe

Our large garden with the lovingly renovated ground-level stone house and attached studio is only a 10-minute walk from the sea. Milina offers many beaches nearby, taverns, supermarkets, pharmacy and ATM. An idyllic fishing port and beach bars create a vacation atmosphere. The large garden with a refreshing pool (2 x 3 m) and outdoor shower, trampoline and a vegetable garden are particularly suitable for families with children. Pets are welcome.

Vagia's House, Filoxenia by the Sea

The house is a maisonette and it is comprised of three levels: 1. Ground floor with a living room, a kitchen and a toilet. 2. First floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. 3. Basement with a very big room and a big bathroom. There is a big porch in front of the house at the level of the ground floor, a small balcony at the back side of the house and a second balcony at the first floor of the bedroom.
