The house, brand new and bright, is in the center in the immediate vicinity of every useful service.

The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5min away.

The apartment is just a 15-minute drive from the nearest beach and 30 minutes from the other beautiful beaches in the area.
