La demeure est située sur une propriété ( 5000 m2 environ) aménagée en terrasses ( olives, blés anciens, potager ) auquel vous aurez accés .Située à 7 kms au nord de Bastia dans le village de San Martinu sur les hauteurs, l'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le Cap Corse et la Haute Corse. Tranquilité et enchantement garanti!

The JUWEN villa is composed of: * 2 beautiful 12 m² rooms each equipped with a TV. * 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. * 1 equipped kitchen open to the living room with very good quality sofa bed. Outside, you will find a beautiful 70 m² terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, a plancha and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 6 m x 3 m and is heated from April to October.

My accommodation is located 15 km north of Bastia, surrounded by nature and close to beaches, restaurants and small shops. There's a river right next door, running alongside a footpath that will take you to the beach after just 800 m! Shops nearby. Please note that there is a sheepfold on the property where our accommodation is located. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats.
