This little house has one of the most interesting histories of any in Dell City. The Home was fully restored to honor the family that lived here and farmed in the Dell Valley. The style is old Mexican Pueblo. Kitchen, living room with television and lots of dvds, a roomy bedroom and a large bath/vanity/closet area. This is a stand alone home with a private entrance. Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
