Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Relax on the leather sofa, enjoy a hot bath in the bathtub with a nice cup of coffee from the espresso machine, or sleep well in the comfortable Dunlopillo adjustable bed. The apartment has a full kitchen, 60" flat-screen TV with TV streaming and a cozy dining area. Only 140 m to the pedestrian street, 550 m to the harbor and 3.5 km to Kobæk Beach. Rema 1000 and pizzeria are just 100 meters away.

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. There is a private entrance and parking. The guest house is well suited for one or two nights for guests passing through. Many choose the place as a quiet stop on their journey. Guests can check in without a host. The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.

Cozy and spacious summer cottage at Kobæk Strand

Our cottage is for cozy, relaxing family and friend trips. There are 3 good double beds in 3 rooms. There is a loft with room for slightly larger children, nice mattresses. A very user-friendly house, simple and nice. There is a good internet connection and good board games in the house. We have opted out for the sake of coziness. The beach is 500 meters away. There is a good restaurant and ice cream kiosk right on the beach.
