Super nice and cozy home with what your heart desires. It was even made sure it was breakfast for us in the fridge. Check-in with Leif was easy and effortless. We were in continuous contact and never had any doubts. Thanks to Leif and Ann for letting us borrow their house! It made a perfect base for us for our hectic weekend as attendees at GothCon 2025. If we get the opportunity, we will definitely come back.

The arrival was extremely easy thanks to the detailed instructions. The accommodation is in a great location very close to the tram station. Really pleasant stay, would recommend.

What a beautiful apartment. Sparkling clean and very new with wonderful colors used. The bathroom was amazing, huge, and the shower was big enough to move about in without water going everywhere. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay there perfect. Kitchen had everything one needs for cooking. Washing machine a plus. We could walk to the ferry which we took to the island of Dyron and took a wonderful hike on that island. Highly recommend this apartment.

Anna had even provided a Christmas tree, which made the holidays in Sweden particularly cozy. With the apartment above the landlords, contact was always possible. Everything was as described.

Jonida's apartment is spacious and conveniently located for catching the tram/bus and is a 10-15 minute walk to all the major sights. The apartment is bigger than captured in the photos and was a charming and comfortable place to stay. The listing says it's 3 floors up, but, the way I count floors, it was only two, so not a problem at all (even for a couple of 70-year-olds with luggage). As others have mentioned, the apartment (bathroom in particular) needs a deep clean, and some repairs and paint would really make the place sparkle. In spite of that, we really enjoyed the apartment and would definitely stay again.

We have had a great time for 5 days in Gustav's great apartment on Rösholmen! The apartment felt like home, and had everything we needed and more. Lovely beds, practical and stylish decor, ingenious, hidden solutions to storage, and breathtaking views from the porch. Staying on an islet felt both limiting and liberating at the same time, as you rely on a boat to get to and from, but that was also what allowed you to completely relax and just enjoy your stay. The Zita boats went every half hour and were a great experience in itself. Recommend buying a clip card if you are going to be there for several days and want to go on excursions with the whole family. There was a lot of wind while we were there, but we got to take a day trip to beautiful Smögen with the Zita boat, spent a wonderful and long-awaited, almost quiet sunny day at the beach and the bathing jetty at Rösholmen, and otherwise enjoyed the sun and boating life from the porch.
