Cozy Cabin by Skagit River

Restored from the early 1900's. This cozy cabin sits right above the Howard Miller Steelhead Park on the Skagit River. The Rockport Bar and Grill is next door. We are just a minute off of highway 20, also known as The North Cascade Highway. There is a Futon for an extra guest. We now have air conditioning! This listing is not wheelchair accessible. This listing is also not suitable for children under the age of 12, there are safety issues in the area.

Granary-Private Cottage among the tulip fields!

The Granary is a recently converted 110 year old grain shed (remodeled Summer 2020). It features a full kitchen, vaulted ceilings, bedroom loft and beautiful .75 bath. Located on the West side of Mount Vernon, it is minutes from I-5, yet situated on a 40-acres of farmland, next to an original barn and behind the main farmhouse. Good WiFi for work, ramp access and a ground-level hide-a-bed. Large West-facing deck and hot tub to enjoy sunsets.

Sauk Valley homestead in the North Cascades

This is a great spot to decompress from society and heal. The cabin is centrally located on some acreage with me on-site off State route 20. There's hiking destinations in every direction! I'm happy to be a sort of tour guide and provide info on special places to see and where to eat and drink if you'd like. Our thoughtfully equipped waterfront mini guesthouse is just steps away from our beachfront on the Guemes Island. Located on the scenic western shore of the island, you can enjoy extraordinary sunsets, panoramic island views, miles of beach combing, and abundant wildlife. Our mini guesthouse, "The Seldom Inn" measuring 12 ft. x 14 ft. in size, is approximately 150 feet from our private beach and is located behind our main home.
