Holiday rentals with a patio in Skaleta

Super schönes Apartment mitten in Chania. Wir wurden sehr nett von empfangen und haben super Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Das beste war die Badestelle die 3 min zu Fuß entfernt war.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Nikos war einfach fantastisch. Das Apartment war nicht nur leicht zu finden, sondern auch äusserst geräumig und komfortabel für zwei Personen. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist toll, ob zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto, man ist schnell in der Nähe von Restaurants, Cafés und einem kleinen Supermarkt, der alles bietet, was man braucht. Besonders haben wir den Garten geschätzt, der jedoch temporär durch eine Baustelle beeinträchtigt war, was aber bald vorbei sein wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rundum hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Auch die Technik und der Zustand in der Wohnung waren einwandfrei. Britta hat uns mit Ihrem Mann persönlich in Empfang genommen und alles in der Wohnung gezeigt. Sie hatte uns vorab einige Links zu Restaurants und Frühstück Cafés geschickt. Diese waren sehr hilfreich. Die Gegen erschien mich auch sicher zu sein und Mittwochs findet ein Wochenmarkt vor der Haustür statt. Der Weg in die Stadt war sehr einfach und gut zu meistern. Auch Ausflugsziele wie Balos Beach, Kourtaliotis Schlucht, Kournas-See und Elafonissi Strand waren mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wenn wir in Chania nochmal Urlaub machen, würden wir uns sehr gerne wieder bei Britta aufhalten.

We can find the apartment easily. Parking is just right in front, maybe I didn’t read properly so I didn’t know that there are 2 flights down. We received the information, pictures before the checkin date, they are very precise so we were able to locate the property with no problem. The host helped us take our suitcases down, We really appreciated her help and she also gave us some lemon and veg from her garden. We enjoyed staying at her apartment. Everything we need is there. If you need help the host was just upstairs.

Η Γεωργια είναι άψογη!!! άμεση στις απαντήσεις της σε ότι και αν την ρωτήσαμε! μας βοήθησε υπερβολικά με τις συμβουλές της για τα μέρη και τα εστιατόρια που μπορούμε να επισκεφτούμε. το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο με πολλές παροχές! το δωμάτιο της μικρής μας κόρης είχε πολλά παιχνίδια, παραμύθια και παζλ που μπορούσε να κάτσει με τις ώρες και εμείς να ξεκουραστούμε! ακόμη και η κουβέρτα της είχε τα αγαπημένα της unicorns! Η πισίνα του συγκροτήματος ήταν μεγάλη και πολύ καθαρή! η περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και σε 5 λεπτά βρισκόσουν στη Γεωργιούπολη που υπήρχε περισσότερος κόσμος και μπορούσες να ψωνισεις από σούπερ μάρκετ, καθως να φας και να απολαύσεις ένα ποτό. ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία Γεωργία!!! θα ξαναβρεθούμε σίγουρα!

If I could give this place ten stars I would. The location was amazing. Right in the old town with a gorgeous view over the harbour. There were restaurants and shops all around us but the place was so quiet. This apartment was really spacious and renovated to a very high standard. Everything we needed was in the apartment. The view from the balconies was superb. We really didn’t want to leave and anyone looking for amazing accommodation, this is for you. The hosts were very easy to contact and very helpful at all times.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt, keine Probleme und der Host hat sehr (sehr) bei allen möglichen Fragen schnell geantwortet. Wir waren zu dritt dort und haben es sehr genossen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit wunderschönem Meerblick, 3 Balkone (der Hauptbalkon ist auch mit Meerblick) und man ist relativ hoch über der Siedlung gelegen. Nebenan ist eine Schule mit lauten Durchsagen die durchaus stören können, allerdings waren wir eh jeden Tag unterwegs und haben nicht viel davon mitbekommen. Es gibt sowohl in beiden Schlafzimmern, als auch im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage, was einen Aufenthalt im Hochsommer wesentlich angenehmer macht. Solange man einen Mietwagen hat, ist die Lage total in Ordnung, ohne liegt die Unterkunft etwas weiter weg von der Innenstadt (3 - 4km). In der Nähe gibt es aber direkt eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, die gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Kostas. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine kleine Familie, gut ausgestattet und mit super Lage direkt am Meer! Es gibt fussläufig viele nette Restaurants. Im nahegelegenen Kamilari gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz. Kostas war sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist zu 100% empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Feels like coming home. Beautiful garden, the premises are maintained with love. The owners clearly put a lot of effort into it, ont just a business. Everything provided that you might need plus a few nice extras like a ping-pong table. Ideal for (small) families and couples.

I come to Chania twice a year and this was certainly one of the very best Airbnbs I have rented. First of all, you can’t beat the location. Our hosts were so gracious and had the place beautifully decorated for Christmas. The house is quite spacious and well appointed and the kitchen is fully stocked. I highly recommend this property!

Een must go! Wat een fantastisch appartement! Alles wat je nodig hebt is er en meer dan dat. Nog nooit zo’n volledig uitgeruste keuken gezien. Super luxe afgewerkt op twee verdiepingen en als toppunt een heerlijke jacuzzi. Wat een juweel. En alles brandschoon en luxer en ruimer dan we hadden verwacht. Wij vonden alleen de matrassen erg hard maar dit is persoonlijk. Contact met de host was top. Veel beter hebben wij eigenlijk nog nooit gezien voor deze prijs/kwaliteits verhouding. Het dorpje is super leuk en gezellig. Zeker als je van local houdt. Met een aantal leuke eetgelegenheden. Winkeltjes en supermarkten. Mochten we nadelen noemen Bereikbaarheid met de auto is niet best en niet te doen voor mensen die bang zijn ingesteld. Wij hebben de auto altijd beneden geparkeerd in het dorp. Zo’n 5 min lopen. Verder vond mijn vrouw het niet zo fijn en ook zielig dat het appartement echt naast wat armere mensen zat. Dat voelde voor haar niet zo fijn. Maar verder voor ons een 6 sterren

If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and enjoy Crete far from tourist spots in complete privacy this is your place.

This was one of the best houses I stayed in - really modern and great internal design. The two bathrooms are a rarity in Greece and we were really happy that we had them. We enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the pillows. A fully equipped kitchen was also a nice element to the perfect stay. Need to know that the village is on a hill and there is a narrow cobbled street (no direct access by car), but there is a small parking about 150m away from the house.

Appartamento ben ristrutturato, molto spazioso e con ogni comfort a disposizione degli ospiti. Una bellissima terrazza vista mare dove poter ammirare il tramonto e un giardino curatissimo lo rendono veramente speciale. Vaia, Nikolas e l’intera famiglia si sono dimostrati da subito disponibili ed ospitali, li ricordiamo con affetto e simpatia.

ns verblijf in het guesthouse van Violetta was ronduit schitterend. Het huisje is prachtig gelegen in de heuvels, met een adembenemend uitzicht op zee – elke ochtend wakker worden was een klein geluksmoment. De faciliteiten zijn volledig in orde en maken het mogelijk om zorgeloos te genieten van een ontspannende vakantie. Alles was netjes, goed uitgerust en comfortabel. Violetta zelf is een fantastische host: vriendelijk, behulpzaam en steeds bereikbaar voor vragen of tips. Dankzij haar warme ontvangst en de rustgevende omgeving hadden we een onvergetelijke tijd. Een echte aanrader!

Konstantinos is a very responsive, friendly and diligent host. He provides detailed instructions on everything so that there are no hidden surprises. He is happy to provide local advice and did so for us, which proved invaluable. He and his wife Stelina, who welcomed us and let us into their property, are lovely people. They live below the flat and could not have been more friendly and approachable. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to you.

Beautiful apartment with wonderful hosts. Anastasia and John were very welcoming and provided a lovely welcome basket alongside their book of extensive local recommendations. They were helpful with any questions we had and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The location is wonderful--close to the sea, just a 15-20 minute walk to the harbor, but a quiet oasis away from the town's activity when you want a break. The patio and comfy bed were such a treat, as was the kitchen for preparing some of our meals. We stayed here over 2 weeks and loved it. If you are in town on a Saturday, go to the farmers market and stay for lunch in one of the cafes! Thank you, Anastasia and John! We didn't want to leave.

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation

I stayed with 2 teenagers in the apartment and we found it the perfect place to visit Chania old town but still stay in a quiet neighbourhood where there was always car park available along the road. The apartment is very spacious and the view from the terrace over the mountains beautiful. Andonis is a very friendly host and shared a lot of useful recommendations for things to do and local restaurants. We tried many of the recommended restaurants and were never disappointed! Maria, who lives on the ground-floor, is such a lovely woman and made us Easter biscuits. If you like walking to the old town and have a rental car to explore other places around Chania, this is absolutely the best place to stay!

Bardzo dobre miejsce. Blisko starego miasta, około 10 minut pieszo, ale jednocześnie bardzo cicho i spokojnie w nocy, można doskonale odpocząć. Serdecznie polecam tą lokalizację

Appartamento ampio, pulito e ben accessoriato. Cucina spaziosa, soggiorno, 3 stanze da letto e 2 bagni ed un grande balcone vista mare. In posizione tranquilla a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico.

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen im Akontio Sea View Apartement von Samson. Der Checkin war total flexibel und einfach mit Schlüsselbox und wir kamen in ein picobello sauberes Apartement, wo uns ein gefüllter Obstkorb erwartete. In dem großen, bequemen Bett haben wir gut geschlafen, die Küche war mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet, so dass wir uns auch gut selbst verpflegen konnten. Wir haben unser Frühstück auf dem großen Balkon mit Meerblick genossen! Auch die Lage ist perfekt. 10 Minuten in den hübschen Ort Panormo mit 3 schönen Badestränden, mehreren Taver, Supermärkten und sonstigen Geschäften. Und wenn wir mal faul waren, sind wir am kleinen Kiesstrand direkt unterhalb des Hauses geschwommen. Die Lage war ideal für Ausflüge ins schöne Hinterland bis an die Südküste zwischen Heraklion und Chania. Auch der Kontakt ließ keine Wünsche offen. Samson antwortete schnell und ein Kurzschluss lange nach Feierabend war innerhalb von 30 Min. behoben. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Kleine aber feine Unterkunft! Sehr sauber, alles nötige vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war schnell, einfach und sehr freundlich. :) Der Strand ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür (max. 1 Minuten zu Fuß), die dazu passende Strandbar mit kostenfreien Liegen ist auch direkt vor Ort. 🌊🍹🌞 Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Staubsauger oder Besen. Nach 9 Tagen gelangen auch bei großer Vorsicht Sand oder Dreck in die Wohnung, es wäre praktisch gewesen, diesen entfernen zu können. Gerne wieder! 🫶🏻
