Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Family-friendly house on idyllic Flekkerøy is rented out in July 2025. Plenty of room for 1-2 families. The house is located in a child-friendly area with several playgrounds nearby. Short distance (400 meters) to nice beaches and Svaberg. In addition to the beautiful nature on Flekkerøy, there is also a grocery store, football pitches, café and ice cream kiosk. About 15-20 min to Kristiansand and 25 min to Dyreparken. Guests bring bed linen and towels. Guests can choose whether to do the cleaning themselves, or book cleaning for NOK 3,000.

Flekkerøy har nydelige svaberg, sandstrender og gode fiskemuligheter. Her finner du også butikk, turstier, rulleskiløype og kunstgressbaner. Du kan nyte soloppgangen, ta en båttur eller bade rett fra brygga.

We rent out our cozy, little lake cabin 😊 Walking distance to bathing areas, several beautiful beaches, Svaberg, nice hiking areas and cultural monuments (200m - 1km). Proximity to shop (2 km), Kristiansand City Centre with restaurant and water park (15 min by car) and Sørlandsparken (25 min by car) The cabin is about 50 sqm, divided into main floor and attic. Just as cozy in summer as in winter, as there are heating cables in the floor, and wood burning.
