Screened and quiet outdoor area with lots of possibilities. Barbecue area in the garden. Playground just outside the door. Jegersberg free area can be found with a hiking trail straight from the garden. Access to electric car charger. 10-15 min to the zoo and Sørlandsparken. New house in the middle of the zoo and the city center. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + WC room and laundry room. Multiple patios. High standard with large open kitchen and difficult airy living room. All bedrooms have double beds, so there are sleeping places for 10 people. 2 bedrooms are furnished as a children's room, but have pull-out double beds Absolutely unique location at the heart of the cul-de-sac close to the sea. 5 min walk to the nearest beach, 2 min to Padelbane. Walking distance to several cozy swimming areas. Popular Trollstien just outside the door.

Welcome! The farm is nestled between knots and trees - with a huge garden and jetty with a swimming area below. Enjoy the archipelago in Blindleia - the tranquility of the warm garden - or all the fun things to do there such as: disc golf course with 3 baskets, table tennis, billiards, volleyball, trampoline, cricket, badminton, football, darts, etc. There are three dinghels to lend for boat-happy people. The house is one of the first to be built on the beach site Snig. There is one house with a lot of history and soul that is located along the road to the south of Lindesnes. Private terrace. Cozy planted garden with garden furniture. Immediate proximity to large public beach with facilities such as playground, football field and boccia court. As well as barbecue facilities.

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas of which one dining room. One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180cm beds downstairs and 90cm upstairs. The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with room for 12 persons.
