The bathroom is furnished with a Cinderella incineration toilet and Cinderella urinal, shower cubicle and waiter . There is an open plan living room/kitchen solution and on the living room there is a TV. Has internet. There is no dishwasher or washing machine in the cabin. There is a private parking space. Welcome to our charming cottage on Haukøy! This cozy cabin is the perfect place to stop if you are on your way to Lofoten, Steigen, Narvik or want to experience Norway's national mountain Stetind. The location is ideal, with proximity to Skarberget -Bognes and Kjøpsvik- Drag ferry connection, making it easy to explore the beautiful northern Norway. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and Wi-Fi in the cabin, as well as bed linen and towels. From June 2026, it will be possible to rent our Pioner 13 with an outboard motor.

Here you can see the northern lights, go mountain hiking, hunting small game, fishing and enjoying quiet moments on the terrace or inside a bright and welcoming cabin. It is about 2 km to the nearest food store (Bunnpris). Niingskroa with gas station is about 1,5 km away. It is 16 km to Harstad/Narvik Airport, 45 km to Narvik, and 59 km to Harstad. The cabin is bright and cozy and well equipped with what you need.

Villa Sjøsiden is located on the shores of the Lavangen fjord, surrounded by mountains in Tennevoll. You can ski and hike directly from the cottage. There are also hiking destinations in winter. For downhill skiers, this place is great and you can get to the mountains directly from the yard if you want. Nearby, you can find peaks up to 1,500 m high to climb! Villa Sjøsiden has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a small and a bathroom with a burning toilet. We can accommodate up to 5 people

Location between Tromsø and Lofoten Rich wildlife in the area, opportunities to see moose, otters, white-tailed eagles, whales, reindeer, etc. Pier can be used, possibility of using kayaks (weather permitting). No smoking/parties
