Great location, literally on the main drag of shops and 2 blocks to the center of town where they have the open air market.

Exactly as pictured and described. Mark was a responsive host and gave clear, concise instructions for finding the property. Overall great value for money and I would have no reservations in recommending!

I loved the apartment, I really liked the location which is close to the center, close to restaurants and the gym.

Just back from a few days away in their Cleethorpes flat. Cannot fault it, perfect location with fabulous sea views. Great sized flat, spacious( 1 adult 2 little ones in our party). Pristine, modern and great facilities. Any queries I did have the hosts responded very quickly and were very helpful. Beds perfect if you love a soft cosy bed with super soft pillows. Would love to visit again soon. I've thing to note, which wasn't a problem for us but there are stairs to the flat and then stairs to the attic bedrooms so just be mindful if you have mobility issues. loved it, thank you for having us. 😊

We have just returned from a super long weekend at the lodge. Glen was extremely tentative starting from the meet and greet explaining everything that you would need to know to ensure your stay is as good as possible to meet your needs. The hot tub is very well looked after by the staff on site on a daily basis. We were also very impressed with the welcome tray that Glen had prepared for us. The Lodge is in a beautiful location and kitted out with everything you would need along with a few surprises. We will definitely be going back again sometime in the near future. Thank you Sam for our lovely stay in your caravan. Our favourite stay at Tattershall so far. We absolutely loved being able to fish off the private deck and the hot tub was glorious. What an amazing location! The caravan was kitted out with everything we needed for the perfect home from Home stay. Comfy beds and bedding - good shower, smart TV, board games and books, DVD player with loads of DVDs. Sam even left some welcome gifts for us all including a bottle of wine, milk, sauces, sweet treats and squash etc. We would love to be able to return in the near future. Thanks for having us! Xx

We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing but which is situated in a great location for visiting kings Lynn, and the North Norfolk coast. The master bedroom and bathroom is situated on the ground level so this worked well for us as our teenagers had the mezzanine level. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and the annexe is at the bottom of the owners garden with views into the woods. Great for dog walking and the lake is a 10 minute walk. Comfy beds and a hot good size shower. We appreciated the little extras, eg cereals, milk, dog treats and blankets for the sofa. Thank you Lorraine for being such an accommodating host. I am really sorry that we forgot to remove the dog poo from the garden 🙈

Absolutely beautiful home with spotless facilities. We came for a little family get together and enjoyed being walking distance to the beach, the pub and small local shops. It was a perfect spot with a pooch too, with an enclosed garden. The kitchen and lounge area was perfectly sized and we had a great time relaxing in the space playing board games on the large table. The hosts were responsive and answered all questions quickly and efficiently. We hope to visit again one day!

we are a group of 6 friends and just spent the perfect weekend away here. Natalie was a great host, the house was spectacular. All the small details were beautiful, the garden overlooking the lake was lovely and the hit tub was such a great treat. The little extras like slippers and bathrobe just made it perfect. Everywhere was clean. We are already planning to return next summer.

A really lovely lodge in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was so well equipped; had everything you could possibly need and more - the welcome basket and additional extras were very thoughtful and made such a difference. The owner was incredibly helpful with excellent communication and everything was exactly as described. We hope to return next time we visit family in the area and would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Lovely location and beautiful views. Really handy for the beach. Really homely. Everything we needed. Great communication and instructions from Adrian. He even got us a high chair :) We loved our stay and will definitely be back :)

Wonderful stay with our grandsons for 2 nights over Easter. Position couldn’t be any better with such close access to the beach. The eldest grandson aged 10 said he would “ definitely recommend it”! Very handy to have a private parking space as we know from past experience how busy the car park can get especially in the height of the season. It was also nice to have access to the small outside play area after closing hours of the cafe as it meant the boys could let off a bit of steam before bedtime. Overall a great stay and the grandsons are already asking when can we do it again!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Paul’s place - it’s homely and has everything I need. It’s in a beautiful location with a balcony looking onto the river.

It’s no surprise that they only have five star reviews. Exactly as specified in the listing and great hosts. Excellent.

We had a lovely stay with beautiful views from the bay windows across the estuary. The road out front is busy, but the bedroom is at the rear & wonderfully quiet. The shower is powerful and there’s plenty of hot water. Pubs, clubs, restaurants and seaside attractions are a short walk away making the apartment a great location. I would recommend staying here, but advise that the half dozen steps to the front door are quite deep and may cause an issue if guests have mobility problems and the amenities have an error: should read washing machine not dishwasher. Lovely, private and central apartment with great central heating too. Harrison’s communications were clear, professional and friendly.

Jeanette was an exceptional host and Laura’s Loft is the perfect place to stay when visiting the heart of my home county. We stayed for the British Superbike round at Cadwell Park and found it the perfect place, a real haven after a day of work, noise and chatter. I would highly recommend Jeanette’s little Wolds haven and would definitely stay here again should the chance arise next season.

We had a family emergency and Leanne was so helpful and accommodating. Responding straight away and helping us whenever we needed it. The apartment was spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed. It had everything you needed from slow cookers to a tumble dryer. The only thing I struggled with was that I did not know there was stairs into the property which was problematic when I was on my own with the pram, but it would not stop me coming back! Definitely will use again when we come back to see family! A*****

We stayed a year ago but liked it so much we went back again!! The place is still pristine! You can also buy drinks downstairs and taste up with you. Kitchen really well equipped. Lots of treats left for us. Exceptionally clean!
