Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Guesthouse 28 sqm outside Trelleborg

Just outside Trelleborg, we rent out our guest house of 25 sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and grocery store. 6 km to Trelleborg city center. Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

Welcome to our little strawberry place – a charming farm annex in a beautiful Skånelänga from 1844. Here you live along a quiet little gravel road, amidst rolling cornfields and with sparrows singing loudly over the sky. We are located in idyllic Söderslätt, just a stone's throw from the sea. Nearby, miles of white sandy beaches, cozy fishing villages and some of Skåne's most famous golf courses await. A perfect place for those looking for tranquility, rural charm and proximity to nature and coastal life. Note: Pet-free

House in Tygelsjö, southwest of Malmö, close to Skanör/Falsterbo, Copenhagen and Malmö city center (300 meters to the bus). Here you are welcomed to a newly renovated house with large living areas, fully equipped kitchen and cozy patio with barbecue facilities as well as parking Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms as well as a living room with a total of 10 beds. 1 bathroom and 1 extra guest toilet. We rent out for both days and weeks. For longer periods, the price can be discussed, always with flexibility.

There is a separate bathroom with shower and a simple kitchen.

A short distance away (approx. 700m) is also the Toppengallerian, a shopping center with ICA, Liqour store, pharmacies and clothing stores. In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

Welcome to Lilla Huset! In this unique and quiet guesthouse you have everything you need for vacation or just a bed for the night. There are short distances to lovely beaches, as well as to Malmö and Copenhagen. It is only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. Double bed in the upstairs sleeping loft.
