The cwtch apartment.

Set in the heart of Swansea marina with a 30 second walk to the beach. A perfect little bolt hole with a luxury bedroom extra large bathroom and utility kitchen room. Please note there is no living room. This one bedroom flat takes up the ground floor of a large town house. Rear entrance with a security code for your convenience. This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for a cheap night away for the busy couple who are looking to sleep in comfort.

A “tee off” away from the prestigious Royal Porthcawl golf club. Follow the coastal path into Porthcawl town to bars and restaurants along the seafront. Use this home as a base to visit many other coastal beaches within the region. Does not offer a sea view, but who wants to be inside when the beach is on your doorstep.

Recently renovated three bedroom bungalow with large garden in quiet residential area in Swansea. We're just 5 mins from Swansea stadium, 10-15 minutes from the beach, Swansea arena and the city centre, 20 mins from Margam Country Park, and it's a walk or short drive to local shops and supermarkets. The bus stop into town is a 3 min walk from the house. Ideal if you're looking to explore Swansea, Mumbles and the Gower Peninsular.
