Η πιο κοντινή παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 7’ με τα πόδια και είναι η μεγάλη άμμος. Είναι ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν να επισκεφθούν την Σκιάθο για λίγες μέρες έχοντας αυτή την υπέροχη θέα. Welcome to Kosmima, a beautiful gem set in the heart of Skiathos town. Carefully restored, this unique home sits 150m from both ports, close to shops, bars and restaurants. With its private courtyard you can relax in comfort. Kosmima sleeps 4 with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. This is an old house and the ground floor has low ceilings (1.8m) so taller people may be more suited to the upper bedroom. The house has A/C, WiFi and USB charging points.

The house is located in a lush area with stunning views just 5 minutes by car from Skiathos Town. The house is divided into two levels. Downstairs there is a spacious living room and dining room, a large kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. From here there is access to the terrace which has a dining table and magnificent views. On the upper level there are two bedrooms and a toilet. Outside there is a large garden with parking space, barbecue and rest areas. There is no public transport.
