Lovely wooden deck around the house so the sun can be enjoyed from morning to evening. Wood pellet stove/heat pump. Nice garden that is closed off well with lovely cherry laurel hedge. Short walk through Ejby Ådal itself to the Isefjord. 800 meters to the water edge, where there is a bathing jetty. We settle electricity usage separately. Water consumption is inclusive.

Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

Lovely newly renovated cottage, with 3 separate rooms. New kitchen done in the best quality with induction hot plates, among other things. Storr living room with both dining area and TV section with, among other things, 40” TV with 38 channels and smart TV function. Lovely secluded garden with 5 strategically placed sun terraces where it is possible to sit in the sun all day. Good parking on the grounds, including carport for the open car. 900 meters down to the landowners association's lovely bathing jetty, located in the cozy cove.

Your host can provide you with further information. Close by is also Frederikssund train station with direct lines to Copenhagen and airport.

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.
