Three bedrooms with a total of five sleeping places and a cosy living room on the first floor. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom, with access to a private garden offering beautiful views – perfect for peaceful mornings and long summer evenings. Just 100 metres to hiking trails, the sea, swimming and fishing, as well as a football pitch and volleyball court nearby.

With close proximity to the sea and Skjærhalden’s facilities, you can enjoy Whales in all their splendour and charm. Thanks to the proximity to the Skjærhalden square, you can stroll down to the hustle and bustle now that the seaside season is starting up again at Easter. The annexe is located on a residential plot, with its own outdoor area and barbecue/outdoor furniture. Suitable for quiet people; no smoking or parties.

Relax with family or friends at this wonderful cabin on Søndre Sandøy. Sunny cabin + annex. Amazing view! The wonderful island of Søndre Sandøy is a 15-minute ferry ride from Skjærhalden. Approximately 20 minutes' walk away, the cabin is beautifully located on the hill of Røveråsen, which offers a fantastic view of the fjord and the strait towards Skjærhalden, Kirkøy and Nordre Sandøy, AND first-class sunlight from morning to evening. In the cabin there are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, and in the annex there are 4-6 beds.

"Bua" in maritime surroundings!

Welcome to "bua" at Hvalstrand jetty! Bua is a pleasant little cabin located at Hvaler's perhaps most charming marina. It's quiet and peaceful here, and at the same time you get a taste of boating life. Bua is located next to the boat docks, so you can expect to meet people who are on holiday in their boats. There are bathing facilities on site with bathing steps at the end of the jetty. The surroundings consist of a lot of beautiful nature with forests, trails and mountains. The cabin is located in a quiet cabin area on Kirkøy, Hvaler. Short walking distance to Skjærhalden, town and approx. 30 min from Fredrikstad. The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is conveniently furnished and easy to keep tidy. Everything is easily accessible, both during your stay and for cleaning on departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. NB! This is NOT a party cabin!

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
