Large free parking area right across the street. Wi-Fi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linens or towels are not included, can be rented for SEK 100/person. Welcome to our lovely accommodation on Skrea beach in Falkenberg, just over 80 m². The house is 60 m² with an open floor plan for the kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is accessed where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 m² with a hotel feel. Skrea beach is only a few minutes walk away. The accommodation has wireless Wi-Fi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For an electric car there is also a charging box.

Here you live next to Falkenberg's beach with a fantastic spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. Fresh and cozy apartment in a house of 60 sqm open to the ridge. Open plan with small kitchen and dining area, large living room area with fireplace, sleeping loft, toilet and shower. There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. Final cleaning is not included, but can be booked. Bring towels and bed sheets.

Lillstugan

Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

Private terrace with sea glimpses where there is a hot tub, outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. The beach is just right down the street. Perfect place for summer vacation!! Very family friendly!! Final cleaning must be done by guest before check-out. The apartment is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
