An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. Our "farmhouse" is located between Falkenberg and Halmstad overlooking the Suseån valley, fields and meadows. In the immediate area there are plenty of lovely farm shops, local growers and cozy cafes. 5 km to Långasand/Ugglarps beach 1.5 miles to Falkenberg 25 km to Halmstad 4.5 miles to Ullared A place to stay for those who want something special! Bed linens and towels are brought. Cleaning supplies are available, but cleaning is done by the guests. No smoking inside!

Skrea Strand's cozy cottage next to Falkenberg's beach with a fantastic spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. The cottage is decorated like a small suite and offers that little extra! The suite has A/C. Patio with tables, chairs and grill. Final cleaning is not included, but can be booked. Bring towels and bed sheets.
