The cottage is 12.5 m2 x 2 containing a kitchenette and living room as well as small WC with shower (1.1x1.3 m) on the ground floor. In the kitchen area, there is a sink, a fridge, a hob, a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle. In the sleeping loft, which you can reach via a narrow spiral staircase there is a double bed. Note: low ceiling height, to the ridge about 1.60 cm. There is access to private patio with barbecue ( incl. charcoal) two "brasse chairs" , parking for car or bike. Two bikes are also available on loan at no additional cost.

Here you have proximity to Gothenburg (about 50 km), Kungsbacka (about 25 km), Varberg (20 km), Ullared-Gekås (about 57 km) 4 beds, a double bed, 1 sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi. At the cottage there is a patio/terrace/barbecue so you have the opportunity to enjoy the sun and sea views. Plot where you can play, etc. Note: sheets and towels are not included.

Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. Enjoy sun, warmth and socializing right by the sea in Falkenberg! In this cottage, you will live comfortably with all the necessities. The cottage is located about 200 meters from the sea. The cottage area offers, among other things, a private sandy beach, playground, large lawns, bocce courts, etc. Biking distance to grocery stores and shopping as well as Skrea Strand. The cottage has a double bed, but there is room for up to two floor mattresses for the small family. We hope you will enjoy your stay and feel at home!

Lillstugan

Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

Super cozy accommodation almost directly on the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm that is located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and TV. The patio has a radiant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, windsurfer or SUPer, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.
