A real home from home in a wonderful location with easy access to walks and abundant wildlife. Perfect stay and absolutely love the comfort of the accommodation. Me and my grown up children and two dogs felt very much at home. Cathy’s communication was always friendly and not intrusive to our stay.

Was such an amazing place to stay,was down visiting family and was perfect for our family to stay at. Couldnt have asked for anymore,for what we got it was VERY cheap. Rooms was perfect,kitchen was very well equipped. Had a coffee every morning and evening sat in the court yard and was soooo peaceful. Would 100% recommend to someone else and will definitely be staying there when we are next down

We had an incredible stay and will definitely be returning. Blackpool Sands was close by and is a lovely beach. The house was beautiful and the rooms was even more beautiful than in the photos. I can highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay at Sunnyview. The place was compact but really well thought out to maximise the space with some clever features. Super clean and right on the beach. Free parking on the triangle was available through out our stay. Torcross was peaceful and plenty of walks on the doorstep and close to the beach. Highly recommend Bear and Blacksmith for food, the local farm shop is worth a visit, and a trip to Dartmouth to go on the stream train is fun day out too. There are a couple of cafes on the sea front and Start Bay inn both walkable from the property.
