It is 500 m2 estate,20 min by car from the Split and 4 km from the Trogir city. Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. Nest42 is a cozy waterfront house nested on 630m2 of garden oasis, perfect getaway for two persons that want to chill in shade of trees or take a dip in the sea. House was designed in 70s by famous architect from Split Frane Gotovac so it has unique design compared to other houses in Slatine. In 2019 after renovation it is available to couples or friends who want to escape and have a vacation just for two.
