Unlimited water supply, electricity, above-standard equipment, panoramic terrace with hot tub, barbecue and outdoor seating. You will also appreciate the air conditioning, fireplace, fridge and TV.

Studio on the water

Experience a romantic sunrise over the lake, or watch the water birds from close by, and if you want, from the comfort of your bed :) The studio on the lake was originally the studio of the architect - the author of the building. The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

New Apartment South terraces- with private jacuzzi

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

"NaCasinha" stands for: in a cosy little house

If you want perfect privacy and cottage like charming atmosphere in the centre of a small town then our little "cazinha" - chalet is the one you are looking for ... Everything is on walking distance including the Billa supermarket and some fine restaurants or bars. Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

Tiny house for hippie souls

This tiny house is fully furnished, with bath room, huge windows, located in a green garden of a family house in Bratislava with a pleasant atmosphere. It is separated by a fence from the other house in this garden, located under a huge tree, in Bratislava /Ružinov/, app. 25 min. by tram from the city center (10 min. by car). It is in a quiet street, yet close to everything, suitable for solo traveler (or couple), for hippie souls. Parking is free. Veggie dishes might be available on request.

A mini house in the garden next to the owners' family house in the wider center of Banská Bystrica, 1 km to the center. House area 32 m2 !!! + terrace surrounded by greenery and views of the Banská Bystrica Urpín hill. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchenette with living area, with the possibility of unfolding the sofa as an extra bed - for 2 people. Outdoor terrace with seating. Pets allowed by agreement :-) Suitable for babies, baby cot available.

If you want to escape the daily hustle and bustle and stress, come and stay in our cottage in the heart of nature in picturesque Vyhne. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills of Štiavnica, the stone sea, romantic moments on the terrace for two, or relax in our bathtub. In summer, you can walk along forest paths, breathe fresh air and feel the smell of nature. In winter, you can warm up by the fireplace and watch your favorite movie on Netflix.

Postavené vlastnými rukami od základov až po ručne vyrobený nábytok interiéru. Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.

The house is located under the forest, provides a garden for outdoor seating and barbecuing. 1 min. walk from the bus stop, 5 min. to the Danube River. 2 min. by bus to Devín. 12 min. by bus to the city center of Bratislava Hiking directly from the house - Devínska Kobyla, cycling. Cozy tiny house with a heated private pool.

Tiny House Tuscany. Experience the unique atmosphere in the wild with animals. Massage, horse riding, wine tasting, home-made products. Enjoy relaxation in your own heated pool from the beginning of May to the end of October ( temperature must be over 10°C) , or use the shared large pool on the farm until end of September. We will be happy to serve a breakfast for you ( 7€ )

Uncle Ivan’s Cabin

The two bedroom A-frame house was remodeled in 2022. The space offers beautiful views of nature and the night sky from the large window in the master bedroom. Travelers will enjoy unique playful interiors. The tiny house is surrounded by forests but only few minutes from the historical downtown of Banska Bystrica. The spacious garden has a firepit and grill.
