The house is within cycling distance of the clean Walcheren beaches of Zoutelande and Domburg and the Veerse Meer. The renovation of this former emergency barn was completed in 2020. The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

At 350 m from the beach, in the quiet Duinbergen (district of Knokke) you will find the historic holiday home "Guldenspoor" (1912). The whole neighborhood is cozy: lots of green and authentic houses and villas. The house is above all bright and spacious, a place where you like to linger. The cozy cooking and table facilities, comfortable sitting area, sunny terrace and the thoughtfully furnished rooms and bathrooms (sheets & towels included ) make it a wonderful holiday nest. The floor is also a large room with bathroom area, dressing room and double bed (180 x 200) and a toilet with hinged door. The house is located in a secure property, with parking, a small private garden in front of the house. The village is quiet near Tournai, Kortrijk and Lille.

Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car.
