Characteristic house, protected village view registered with the municipality of Sluis under number 1714 4A42 6121 1BA0 5E94. You can see the dunes of 't Zwin. In the morning, you get up overlooking a stork's nest, pheasants in the field, and my cows in the orchard in front of the house. Sint Anna is a quiet village where permanent residents and vacationers live side by side. My house is therefore not suitable for a noisy vacation with loud music in the garden and nightly revelries.

This is where you come to relax. Enjoy a wonderful location surrounded by locals in Hoofdplaat. The beach is in front of the door. Within walking distance you will find a restaurant. If you get tired of the quiet, you can cycle 8 km to Breskens. By car you are in no time in Antwerp and Bruges. Sustainability can go hand in hand with vacations, we think. Welcome to our HYGGE HUIS in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beach in Holland in Nieuwvliet-Bad! You will spend your vacation in a stylish feel-good atmosphere with a lot of attention to detail. On the ground floor is the large living-dining area with a luxurious open kitchen and access to the covered terrace with dining and lounge area. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a large wardrobe in the hallway and a toilet.

Enjoy the nice beach pavilions with sea views. Explore picturesque villages nearby (Groede, Retranchement, etc.). You will be staying 15 km from Knokke and Sluis.

Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.
