Fantastic newly built & modern houseboat on 2 floors. Upper floor: entrance and guest toilet. Large & bright kitchen & dining room that ends in a nice living room. From the living room, there is access to a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the unique view, morning, noon & evening sun. Take a dip or enjoy a trip on a paddleboard. Downstairs: 3 rooms: 1 bedroom with double bed & terrace. 1 children's bedroom with 1 single bed 90x200cm. 1 children's bedroom with single bed 80x200cm option for 160x200cm bed. Apartment in the famous Nyhavn - close to Metro

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
