Skansehage is a 32-metre-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living room with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you will be at City Hall Square/Tivoli. By car it is only 5 min to Bella Center and only 10 min to the airport. Both ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment into the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.

You can hire bikes from the shop nearby which is great for getting further afield (lots of cycle routes). It is very near the center. where heaps of bars, restaurants and some other good things are!
