The town house is perfect for couples, families and friends who want to stay close to lots of tourist attractions in the middle of Copenhagen K. The house have direct access to a small courtyard where you will find garden furnitures and a barbecue. 1 open bedroom with a double bed 180x200. 1 kids room with a bed 120x200 downstairs. 1 kids room with a bed 140x200 on the loft. 10 min walk from the train station & less than 5 min to the " street " where all the shops and restaurants are. Charmerende privat byhus/ rækkehus i 4 etager på 200 m2 med en lille hyggelig og baghave, hvor eftermiddags -og aftensol kan nydes. Huset er ideelt for både par og en lille familie. Det er en unik og funktionel bolig. God beliggenhed 5 km fra Centrum, kun 12 minutter med offentlig transport / S tog er 800 meter fra huset. Vores hus i Valby er ikke blot et sted at overnatte, men også et hjemligt udgangspunkt for at udforske København, omgivet af natur og med nem adgang til byens faciliteter.

The architect's own house

Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). Access to bikes (two) is included.

Hav en god tur i Danmark i denne rolige og stilfulde bolig. Huset ligger lige ved smuk strand, havn og stort indkøbscenter samt Tog eller egen bil til Københavns Centrum er 24 min. Møns klints Geo center 50 min. Roskilde domkirke 25 min. Hamlets slot 55 min. Kulturelle steder og underholdning er inden for kort afstand. Huset indeholder 3 gode soveværelser og stor stue med åben køkken samt 2 toiletter. Parkering til 2 biler ved indgangen.

Uniq townhouse - total renovated - in city center

We rent out our wonderful and historical, build in 1876, townhouse, located just by the Copehagen city lakes and just a short walk to lots of attractions in Copenhagen. The house is placed in the middel of the quiet street with lots of kids playing and with no traffic making the place an oase in the city - perfect for families traveling with kids or travelers who wants to stay in a quite and architectural and unique part of Copenhagen .

Beautiful & child-friendly townhouse with garden

In a cozy old garden colony area you find our house with lots of sun, ligt and possibilities for being inside, outside and in between. The house is very children/family friendly and there are lots of toys etc. for younger kids. - 7 min walk to subway - Small playground about 50 m. from our garden. - Theres a parking lot just next to the house where you can park for free. Be aware that the two children beds are 160 cm long.

Stylish and cozy semi-detached house in quiet surroundings with its own garden and parking space. 5 km from City Hall Square and 500 meters to the nearest metro st. Flintholm. It takes about 9-10 minutes by metro into Kongens Nytorv - the center of Copenhagen. The house borders Frederiksberg with good shopping, parks and restaurants.
