Monthly Rentals in Smailholm

Stayed for 3 nights. Accommodation was very easy to find and parking very close, the key pad entry system is great idea and very easy to use. Accommodation is as per the listing & listing photos, good use made of studio size space , well planned out accommodation and nicely fitted out. Really great location with Melrose centre on the door step, lots of places to eat and a small supermarket if you need any provisions. Melrose is a lovely borders village with great walks on the door step. Had a great weekend & lovely weather. Would recommend a weekend break at Erin’s studio.

Enjoyed my weekend in Selkirk at the Selkirk Rugby club. Third year in Selkirk for the event. First time I have stayed at Marc's place. Already planning next year and plan to book for next year as well.

A very comfortable and cosy stay, easy to find, peaceful and within easy reach of the town centre. Lots of local amenities within a 5 minute walk. Charles and Jane were very welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. The croissants and homemade jam were much appreciated as were the treats for the dogs. Would highly recommend.

My friend and I had a lovely stay at Wren Studio. Kate was very welcoming, and the studio was very clean and just what we were after, as it’s just a short car journey to several of the Scottish border towns like Jedburgh, Kelso, St Boswells and Galashiels.
