The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Smyge Havsbad, cafes, restaurants, pizzeria, golf courses, art galleries and Coop are close, 36 minutes to Malmö.
